Polyvinyl Chloride(PVC) Resin

PVC HL-1300 is a general resin with a high- and medium-molecular weight, which is specifically for calendered or extruded flexible plastic products.

With large and even pores, as well as narrowly distributed particles, the resin can quickly absorb the plasticizer. It can be used for producing calendered and extruded film and sheets, as well as artificial leather. At the same time, it can also be applied to extruded and granulated products.

Polyvinyl chloride, also known as PVC or vinyl, is the third most commonly used plastic behind polyethylene and polypropylene. PVC is an amorphous, non-hygroscopic material used in extrusion, injection molding and blow molding. PVC is manufactured in two forms: Rigid PVC is an unplasticized polymer known as vinyl, and Flexible PVC, known as plasticized PVC, is created by adding plasticizers to, for a softer, more flexible or rubber-like material.
